Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO)

The MPIO is the first point of call in the Club for any enquiries, concerns or complaints in relation to the Safe Sport Framework (SSF). They can provide information about the rights, responsibilities and options available to an individual. MPIOs are impartial and don’t mediate or investigate complaints.
